High quality turmeric supplement with vitamin D

I usually take turmeric capsules daily primarily for its anti-inflammatory properties to reduce aches and pains from the gym and the general stress’s of daily life.On seeing these Turmeric Curcumin Capsules + Vitamin D in this enhanced bio-available form Licur 7000D I was looking forward to trying it.It comes nicely packaged and looks very much like the premium product in a cool looking aluminium bottle with 30 tablets inside for a months supply. The capsules themselves contain dark orange liquid which looks like syrup.There is no taste nor ill side effects that I have noticed. What I have noticed however is after taking these capsules for a few weeks I really have less aches and pains and also feel an increase in my energy levels which I can only put down to this supplement.Clearly it is a much stronger form of turmeric than the cheaper turmeric based supplements I’ve taken in the past as reflected in the price per capsule though its not to expensive for most people.Given the benefits I am already feeling I plan to keep taking this particular supplement for the foreseeable future and highly recommend it to others to try.

I've been taking Turmeric in various forms to ease the pain in my ageing joints since it was suggested to me while on holiday in Asia. I've tried it in capsule form,liquid and even in tea bags and coffee.Turmeric contains curcuminoids and one of these is Curcumin ,which I've seen best described as an "antioxident powerhouse" . It's a very powerful anti-inflammatory with the downside that being fat soluble is only slightly absorbed before exiting the body nature's way. The most common resolution to this is to mix it with black pepper which contains Piperine which in turn boosts Curcumin's bioavailability by 20%. Bio Medical Pharma's Licur 7000 with vitamin D smashes this with an increase of bioavailability over "plain" Curcumin of 185% ,it's effective for 24 hours and one capsule a day is plenty.As the product name tells us ,as well as a hefty dose of Curcumin the capsules also contain 156% of the daily recommended dose of Vitamin D, which is important for the immune system,not least at the time of this review with the "flu season" imminent and the Covid threat ramping up.The capsules are easy to swallow and my rather unscientific measure of such things,my right knee ,is letting me know in it's own way that they work very well indeed.At the cost of £17.90 for 30 capsules they might not seem cheap but they're very effective and basically that's 60 pence a day to be pain free,sounds like a bargain to me.

Easy to take, modern marketing, no after taste

These seem to do as they say, I have been taking them for a while and there are some improvements (keeping me subtle), including the boost of Vitamin D, which at the moment is vital.They are easy to take, they are contained in a study and safe container. I have had no problems with an after taste or reflux.
