Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is in the same condition as when received: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please note: Items on sale and gift cards are excluded from our return policy.
Return Procedure
  1. Complete the Return Form: Fill out the return form within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Submit the Form: Email the signed form to office@bmpharma.com.
  3. Receive and Attach Return Label: We will process your request and send a return shipping label via email. Print and attach this label to your package.
  4. Ship the Package: Return the product using a trackable shipping method to the address provided on the return label. This is crucial to avoid any disputes regarding receipt of the returned product.

Important: The return address may differ from our company's registered address. Always use the address on the return label. Returns without prior request will not be accepted.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days of approval, please contact us at office@bmpharma.com.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item as per our return procedure. Once accepted, place a new order for the desired product.

Reporting Damages or Issues

Upon receiving your order, inspect it immediately. If you encounter any defects, damages, or discrepancies, contact us without delay to resolve the issue.
