Vitamin B complex — all 11 B vitamins, 3 active forms

B1 to B12 plus choline, inositol and PABA — with methylcobalamin, 5-MTHF and P-5-P.

A vitamin B complex bundles the B vitamins into one capsule. This formula goes further than the standard eight: all 11 B vitamins, with three of them in their active coenzyme forms — vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, folate as 5-MTHF (Extrafolate-S®) and vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P-5-P). One vegan capsule daily; 60 capsules last two months.

All 11 B vitamins in one capsule

The formula covers the eight classic B vitamins — thiamine (B1, 50 mg), riboflavin (B2, 40 mg), niacin (B3, 80 mg), pantothenic acid (B5, 100 mg), vitamin B6 (6 mg), biotin (B7, 500 µg), folate (B9, 500 µg) and vitamin B12 (100 µg) — plus choline, inositol and PABA, which standard 8-vitamin complexes leave out.

Three active coenzyme forms

Vitamin B12 comes as methylcobalamin, folate as 5-MTHF (the patented Extrafolate-S®) and vitamin B6 as P-5-P — the forms the body uses directly, without conversion steps. For folate this matters in particular: synthetic folic acid must first be converted to 5-MTHF, and part of the population carries gene variants that slow this conversion.

Dosage and use

One capsule daily, ideally in the morning with breakfast. B vitamins are water-soluble — a surplus is excreted naturally. The capsule shell is plant-based HPMC, free from gelatine, gluten and lactose; every batch is independently lab-tested.

Frequently asked

Which B vitamins does the complex contain?

All 11: thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), vitamin B6, biotin (B7), folate (B9), vitamin B12, plus choline, inositol and PABA.

What do "active forms" mean?

Three vitamins come in their coenzyme forms — methylcobalamin (B12), 5-MTHF Extrafolate-S® (folate) and P-5-P (B6). These are the forms the body uses directly, with no conversion needed.

When should I take the B complex?

One capsule daily, ideally in the morning with breakfast. The 60-capsule can lasts two full months.

Why is my urine bright yellow after taking it?

That is riboflavin (vitamin B2) — a water-soluble vitamin whose surplus is excreted via urine. It is normal and shows the vitamin was absorbed.

Is the B complex vegan?

Yes. The HPMC capsule shell is plant-based cellulose, and the formula — including the B12 — is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
