The forms are taurate, citrate, malate and lactate: magnesium combined with different compounds. Each contributes 75 mg magnesium to the daily serving, adding up to 300 mg in three capsules. This is the amount of magnesium itself, often called elemental magnesium, not the combined weight of the four salts.
