Full ingredient listMagActive combines four organic magnesium forms in equal shares, each providing 75 mg of magnesium. All the magnesium is bound to taurine, lactic acid, citric acid or malic acid, with no magnesium oxide. Three plant-based capsules provide 300 mg in total.

positive Auswirkung auf den Schlaf
Ich habe mir dieses Produkt bestellt, weil über die Wirksamkeit von Magnesium in Bezug auf den Schlaf und Regeneration gelesen habe. Seit ich dieses Präparat regelmäßig einnehme, merke ich einen deutlichen Effekt auf die Schlafqualität und auch meine subjektiv wahrgenommene Erholung. Meine Tiefschlaf- & REM-Phasen haben sich deutlich verbessert. Ich nehme die Kapseln immer abends ca. eine Stunde vor dem Schlafengehen. Negative Begleiterscheinungen habe ich keine bemerkt. Ganz im Gegenteil, ich merke auch einen positiven Effekt auf die muskuläre Regeneration nach anspruchsvollen Trainingseinheiten. Der Effekt bei diesem Produkt ist deutlich besser als bei Produkten, die nur eine Art Magnesium beinhalten, die ich auch schon ausprobiert habe.
Gute Zusammensetzung, kein Eigengeschmack
Das Magnesium hat in meinen Augen eine gute Zusammensetzung. Ich finde organische Formen etwas besser, denn angeblich ist die Aufnahmegeschwindigkeit besser. Die Kapseln haben so gut wie keinen Eigengeschmack, lassen sich mit Wasser problemlos schlucken und ich habe den Eindruck, dass ich mir hiermit etwas gute tue.
Magnesiumtabletten
Die Magnesium-Kapseln sind leicht einzunehmen und gut verträglich. Durch die Kombination mehrerer organischer Verbindungen mit Vitamin B6 ist die Aufnahme sehr effektiv. Bei mir hat sich die Einnahme positiv auf Muskelkrämpfe und allgemeines Wohlbefinden ausgewirkt. Auch beim Wandern eine super Sache, daher eine klare Empfehlung.
