Full ingredient listD3 is the same form of vitamin D your skin makes with the help of sunlight. That is why we chose cholecalciferol: the capsule supplies this form even when your skin gets little sun. Vitamin D helps your body absorb and use calcium from food.
D3 and K2 are fat-soluble, so ours come already dissolved in linseed oil inside the capsule. For K2, we chose MK-7, a long-chain form that stays in the blood for a long time. This brings both vitamins together in a suitable oil base. Take Vitamin D3+K2 as one capsule containing 5,000 IU of D3 every five days.

Wij gebruiken de Vitamin D3 + K2 MK-7 van Bio Medical Pharma inmiddels al jaren en zijn er nog steeds ontzettend tevreden over. De dosering is precies zoals wij die graag zien: krachtig, maar goed doordacht. Wat ik ook een groot pluspunt vind, is dat de softgels zijn gemaakt met lijnzaadolie in plaats van zonnebloemolie. Dat zie je niet vaak en voor mij laat dat zien dat er echt is nagedacht over de kwaliteit van het product. De kwaliteit is uitstekend, de prijs is eerlijk en de levering is altijd snel. Voor ons is dit een supplement waar we niet meer zonder willen.
This is my favourite product. I ordered it twice and I will order it more. And I recommend it to all my friends and family. It is small capsules and very very easy swallow.

The formula combines vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 MK-7 in flaxseed oil. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
MK-7 is menaquinone-7, the form of vitamin K2 used here. Each capsule contains 100 µg.
Do not take extra capsules to make up for a missed serving. If you are unsure how to resume, ask a pharmacist, especially if vitamin D is part of a prescribed plan.
Flaxseed oil carries the vitamins inside the softgel. The complete ingredient list also includes gelatin, glycerin and water.
Check the total vitamin D from all products first, including Licur 7000 and multivitamins. Do not combine them automatically. If taking anticoagulants, consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this vitamin K-containing product.
