Our omega-3 comes from Peruvian anchovy oil, which provides EPA and DHA together. We chose the triglyceride form in which omega-3 also occurs naturally in fish. EPA and DHA help your heart function normally with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA combined.
When choosing fish oil, look for DHA as well as EPA. Our anchovy oil supplies both in triglyceride form, so there is no need for two separate supplements. DHA helps maintain normal brain function, with the beneficial effect obtained at 250 mg DHA daily.

One capsule contains 1000 mg fish oil, including 500 mg EPA and 250 mg DHA. That is 750 mg EPA and DHA combined. The fish-oil weight and the EPA+DHA amount are different figures.
TG identifies the triglyceride form of the fish oil used in this product. It describes the oil’s chemical form; EPA and DHA quantities are listed separately so you can compare daily servings.
The label identifies the fish oil as IFOS-certified. The linked report gives the tested oil or product identity, batch and test date, so you can review the certification and test information for that material.
A fishy aftertaste can occur. Swallow the capsule with water as directed and keep the tin closed. If the capsule or smell changes unexpectedly, stop using that pack and contact us with the batch number.
